DUH! Let's give "Mumblin'" Monroe, and "Vermouth" Vern a Wizz Quiz, and see if a hair follicle test is necessary.
You'd have to pull a hair from Monroe's cheesy moustache--There's nothing in or, on his head!

The lady in question is a hard working single mother of 3 and works a night job with rural metro along with being a landlord and managing 6 properties. she is very respectible and my guess is that she turned down some Arson Pukes sexual advances and is being chastized.
