What to say when told Ron Paul and his supporters are "kooks"

If you live in Indianapolis and paid attention to the last election, you know that the rules of politics are changing. While arrogant professional insiders like Jenn Wagner, communications director for the state democrats will disagree, a power shift is happening and all the arrogance their elitist machines can muster only makes the power shift happen faster.

And the internet is driving the power to The People.

Read this essay about Ron Paul's life and achievements. Then the next time you hear someone say Ron Paul and his supporters are "kooks", then you'll know how to respond with facts that should dazzle them!

Their views of the world may include things like black helicopters and tin foil hats, but I wouldn't call them "kooks".

Any politician who can rais funds by having hookers hit up their johns after a "private party" has got to have some savy. Obviously, Ron Paul isn't the guy to appeal to people with any sense of morals, but then again, he's a Libertarian :-).
