Congresswoman Laura Richardson defaults on her mortgageA democrat congresswoman in California buys a house, pays nothing down, takes a $15,000 kickback at closing, doesn't maintain the property, and eventually it falls into foreclosure.
It's pretty bad when America's elected congressional leaders cannot handle their own finances.
No doubt she favors tapayer financed subsidies (handouts) to keep the greedy subprime borrowers in the homes they cannot afford.

The latest reports are that she has reached an agreement with her lender and the property is not currently in foreclosure.
