The guys over at Hoosier Access have a nifty new feature to their blog. The Governor has agreed to answer questions from the public and now you can pose your question to the Governor directly through the Hoosier Access website.
Since the Governor is sworn to obey the Indiana Constitution, we asked why he does not require the taxing authorities in Indiana to be compliant with Article 8, Sec. 2 of the Indiana Constitution.
Perhaps we might get an answer if many of you ask the same question too. So far, no government authority has addressed this serious breach of our written law. In fact, when the question comes up, like it did at WTHR's town hall meeting in the statehouse last winter, the politicians ignore it.
