Mike Kole offers a Libertarian perspective on Sarah Palin's VP candidacy

I'm grateful there are so many well-balanced Libertarian policy thinkers in Indiana like Mike Kole. Not sure how many of you check in with Mike Kole's blog, but I'd like you to take a look at it today.

Unlike me, he is not squarely in Palin's court, but instead offers some sobering perspective. Perspective that ALL of our presidential candidates should be considering now.

Please take a look at today's columns on Mike's blog, Kole Hard Facts:

Libertarians on Palin

Smaller Government?

Kole is 100% right, Republicans have done nothing, ZERO, here in this state or the federal government, to reduce the morbidly expanding girth, of big, abusive government.

Credible measurements of reform, are the people keeping their own money & property, and a visibly liposuctioned bureaucracy reduced to a skeletal staff.

I plan to publish and link plenty of Libertarian criticism for the Republicans (and Sarah Palin) later tonight or tomorrow night.

Chuck Baldwin made the point that McCain is STILL a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and that there are plenty of evil people within the republican party and Washington DC who would think nothing of using Sarah Palin to keep power and then spit her out like yesterday's news.

I have no doubt, she understands that possibility.
