Monster.com is my favorite Super Bowl commercial because in America if you work hard, have a great resume full of documented ACCOMPLISHMENTS, you do not have to live with your head in the posterior of anyone.

The guy behind the desk could be Bob Grand. The schmuck in the small office could represent the Marion County taxpayers.
Perfect metaphor; government's grown too big & it's always "in your face."
