Thanks, Melyssa. I would add that Paul Okeson was on representing the Mayor and Rep. Jeff Espich from Uniondale was on as well. Rep. Espich actually turned out to be pretty critical of CIB for lack of information as to the numbers.
I would add that anyone tuning in now and wants to get up to speed on the CIB, should read back trhough Gary Welsh's blog Advance Indiana. He is so much more knowledgable on the issue than anyone else in the city. The amount of detail he provides is phenomenal. I'm more of a generalist, big picture guy. Gary's the expert when it comes to the details.
