Mayor Greg Ballard will be available for a question and answer session with Center Township residents on Tuesday May 12.
Residents are encouraged to come out to ask questions, however you can bet your question won't be heard if you ask the mayor why the city is not considering filing bankruptcy for the CIB or why the CIB employees were given raises, or why the CIB is not considering giving the stadium back to the State of Indiana, the rightful owner.

The CIB can not file for bankruptcy. State law does not allow it. Unless something changes in a special session it ain't happening.
