Local attorney, former lobbyist, and blogger, Gary Welsh works hard to call things straight and always has courage to call out hypocrisy even in his own Republican party. He's got the soul of a hard journalist, although he is unpaid to devote the immense amount of time he gives to our coummunity to write the Advance Indiana blog. Today, Gary clarifies the facts about his perception that Ballard backed off his pro-repeal stance and instead was fully backing party chief's Governor Mitch Daniels' plan for tax reform. Gary says:
"I'm delighted to report that he has clarified this public position on this
important issue to disabuse people of a perception he left in an earlier
interview with the Star that he no longer supported repealing the property tax."
