Property Tax Revolts sprout up in Missouri and Washington

Governments everywhere are spending like drunken sailors. While these cities have not experienced the level of increases we have, they are still taking to the streets. If you have time, contact them and encourage them on to fight. We will never win if we quit.

Don't forget there is a candlelight rally tonight at 5:30 pm in the State House parking lot to bring attention to a ploy by Senator Long to kill SJR8 (the property tax repeal bill) in committee so that no citizen or legislator is allowed to debate it.

Also, the Governor announced today that property tax is not possible. We find it strange that he does not share the numbers to prove how it is not possible. This decision belongs to the people, not the government. The dirty secret is that they use our property as collateral for their runaway spending. That's what they never want you to figure out.
