does anyone know if a petition is circulating to get the IPS bond issue on the november ballot. although there is some confusion around this, it appears that 100 signatures are required by august 1to force a vote. otherwise it goes into effect.
if there is no known petition, is anyone aware of the requirements for one? i have contacted both the county and state election offices and they refuse to assist.
