America's Right: Obama citizenship, his phony birth certificate questions, and his (in)eligibility to be president is now in the courts

America's Right blog is written by law student Jeff Schreiber who was in the right place at the right time last Thursday to break the story that democrat attorney Phil Berg filed a lawsuit in Pennsylvania against Obama (and all of his aliases) alleging he may violate the constitution's citizenship requirement to run for president.

Mainstream media has not picked this story up yet, but they will. It took months for the MSM to tell the truth about Edwards and his mistress.

However, amid persistent rumors for months that Obama was born in Kenya, not Hawaii, thousands of blogs are now covering this story and talk radio hosts were already on it last weekend.

Local attorney Gary Welsh who writes Advance Indiana told me that the lawsuit would have legs and move faster had Phil Berg attached affadavits from witnesses when he filed. But nevertheless, it is filed in Pennsylvania.

Welsh also indicated that intense pressure on Barack Obama will result if similar lawsuits are filed simultaneously in several or all 50 states. Should that happen, I can't help but think mainstream media will have to cover it. Perhaps if more suits are filed, attornies will submit witness affadavits at the same time to speed the process up.

Hat tip to Advance Indiana for breaking the story in Indiana.
Hat tip to America's Right for breaking the story nationwide.
