According to inside sources, several Educational Service Centers and Indiana school corporations have been served with subpoenas to provide documents to a Grand Jury conducting an investigation in South Bend. The investigation is reportedly being conducted by the Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, in Chicago.
ESC and school officials have been advised to seek legal counsel and have been told that this type of investigation is "serious and could lead to unforseen consequences if not handled with the appropriate care."
Let's just hope they get around to asking a few questions about the AEPA/Tremco/WEC no-bid scheme.
