Kenley admitted, on the Garrison show this morning, that he wants to remove language from Article 10, Section 1 (FAIR AND EQUAL TAXATION) from the State Constitution. So they can get the 1%, 2%, 3% Daniels' proposed property tax caps through.
One of our activists (who sent us this information) was at the General Assembly last January...It wasn't pretty. This time they may be able to ramrod this constitutional change through which would rid the constitution of the "fair and equal" language as it relates to property tax.
